Income tax return due Aug 16 if you filed an extension

Just a reminder -

If you filed an extension on your 2003 income tax last Spring, the final return is due Monday, August 16.

This means you have one week to get it in the mail.

You can get forms and instructions at www.IRS.gov

Forms you need minimally:
Form 1040
Schedule C
Schedule SE

You might also need this one and more:
Form 4562

Don't forget your state forms if required.
