California - New Jurat Requirement for 2005

I know this has been mentioned in other threads, but I figured it was a good idea for it to have it's own thread to draw more attention to it.

I just did a jurat on 12/3/2004 and it had the same wording. This was a document that was sent by the secretary of state, steve westly. Is Calfornia State offices already using this before the Jan 05 date.
