Just got a call from them. Has anyone had any problems with them lately? I seen post about then a good while ago. They are out of Omaha,NE.

I did a HELOC for them - simple paperwork and was paid in about 35 days.

Signing for them scheduled for tomorrow.

CitiBank HELOC.
Title company is ILS.
Signing Service is DRI.

But DRI is also title company. (Though they pay like signng services.) State on their confirmation page, "Payment: 30 days after receipt." Lots of fax backs to ILS and a couple pages to DRI.
