Just received an e-mail from this company wanting to sign up notaries in the florida area. Anyone ever heard of this organization? Part of the e-mail was troublesome to Signing Agents. Sounds like they're tring to drive down the fees:

"Our Scheduling Department selects notaries as follows: To schedule a signing
in your area, they search the database for the lowest price notary first and
if the notary is not available, they work their way up to the next notary on
the list, and so on. As a result, the more competitively priced notaries
are the ones who receive the highest volume of signings.

Thanks

Haven't heard of them, but if their attitude is to select solely by lowest price, then they will get what they pay for. Ultimately they WILL pay for the errors their lowballing practice will undoubtedly produce.

IMHO I would agree with Roger---- Haven't heard of them either- and I get a "Sick Gut Feeling" about them-- after hearing your E- Mail report..

Some may say "Thats just good business"-- I think if they are low-balling fees that way- they may be the first to try to avoid paying also... I'd steer clear of them-- FWIW!
