I got an email from my website asking if i covered a certain area. I called the number that was given, and the lady asked my price, and my address, and asked if I went to the area of her "borrower". She also asked me when was a good time to go for the signing, so i asked her what was good for her borrower. She said he is home all day.

Anyway, I looked the company up in the search engines, and could not find one that matched the business phone she gave me. Does anyone know of this company?

I did one signing for them very close to my home. I had no issues with them. The docs were overnighted and I was paid within 30 days. Title Fees.

I did a signing for one of their loan officers and he wanted me to cut him a break because his loan didn't close. I would just make sure that you were clear to them that you still expect payment even if their loan doesn't close.
