Have to cancel a Service Link signing on 1/3/05...

Due to a family emergency, I have to cancel a signing for servicelink on 1/3/2005. I called the scheduler, and emailed back the person who confirmed the appointment to let them know this information. I don't have the docs have arrived. I can't do this signing and the next day, I am going out of town in connection to this emergency. Does anyone know the cancellation process with Servicelink?

I know that most hate servicelink but this one is right down the street from me and is apparently a simple package.

Do you have a Vendor # with them so you can log into the website and log it in-just to cover one more base?

Servicelink is next to impossible to reach after hours and weekends.. good luck
