Identifying name

I just did a closing on a purchase, my first. It was a very rushed closing as the seller was going on a trip. No problems with the buyer, got copies of drivers license form both. Upon reviewing docs (after package was mailed) I noticed a discrepency between the doc name of the seller and the drivers license. ie. John H Doe Calto on docs & John E Doe, on DL (last name was actually very unique which is why I missed it at the closing, focusing on the last name when reviewing the docs. I am always careful but was doing a purchase, and was concentrating on the mortgage docs of the buyer, 2 loans. I sent the DL copies to the Title company but am worried about the notarizations.

Should I contact the Title company to highlight the problem?

What is a notaries exposure to such an error. Have E&O insurance?

P.S. In SE Florida where alot of people go by extended names

Thanks
