Has anyone heard of this company? Quality Title and Appraisal & Settlementt Services are their susidiaries of their and they are out of NJ.

I have done some work for them, they have too many "rules" and are rude. Maybe it's just me, I don't know. They called me about a year ago and promised "lots of work" and I get about 1 signing and title order every other month, sounds like "lots" of work to me. ha ha They do pay as agreed.
