Do companies normally email you a link or let you download their viewers. I got a call from a closing company that wanted to know if I had swiftviewer software. Is this something I am supposed to purchase?

No, it's a free download. It's one of the programs that can actually print documents on laser printers that are not PCL compliant. I'm sure if you google it up you can find a link to download the application, and there's usually a link to download viewers in email docs as well.

You can go to this website and download the various programs that title companies use. Swiftview is included.
