Click on the "WELCOME" tab to go the this sites home page. Then scroll down to the bottom and click on the CLICK HERE part of the sentence at the bottom of the screen that says, "If you are a signing agency, title or escrow company or lender, please click here." Or simply point your web browser to http://www.notaryrotary.com/agency/intro.asp and follow the on-screen instructions.
