deed of trust

Could some one please tell me how to complete the blanks on the acknow. section of the deed of trust. The exact wording is ...... Borrower 1 and Borrrower 2 to me known to be the person or (persons) described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that _____________executed the same as ___________free act and deed.

If you would be kind enough to let us know what state you're in, you'll get your state specific responses. For California, this certificate wording could be used, provided that the document is going to be recorded in another state. However, that being said, I wouldn't use it. I would cross out the wording, notate that I have attached a California Compliant notarial certificate and then complete and attach a Califormia All-Purpose Acknowledgment form.
