Yes Hugh, I love the "canned message", in fact maybe it can be posted, to be read before all posts and messages, that way it can be seen before someone types in their question.

Yes, they pay late and they may tell you they did not receive your invoice. That's happened twice to me. And also my friend.

e-mail it with the request they e-mail you back acknowledging receipt - do this every time you sit down at your computer until they acknowledge it
