Interviewing Agencies

I am a newbie in this business and want to make sure I am getting all of the information I need upfront when speaking to agencies who contact me. What information should I be asking for when speaking to them? I normally ask for company name (of course), contact name, name of client, location, name of lender, contact name, after hours phone number and when does their company pay. Am I missing anything?

Yes - ask what their policy is for no signs, no shows etc. You need to make sure the company pays your fee if you go out there and the borrower refuses to sign, or the loan doesn't fund.

Some companies will only pay a "travel fee" if the borrower doesn't sign.n(i won't work for those companies)
