Loan Signers Inc

Just received a contract for Loan Signers Inc. The fee is $34.95 Annually or lifetime $99.00. They put you on their web site and pay you before the customer pays them. They also pay you a full fee if signing is refused or clients do no show up. I have joined several web sites and don't want to waste any money. Any one heard of this company? Any suggestions?

I have done several signings for them. They do what they say, pay on a timely basis and are good to work with!
