New Signing Agent, just introducing myself

Hello, I am from the Tampa Bay area of Florida and have just become a signing agent. My day job is a legal assistant for a real estate attorney, and I am experienced with putting together closings from contract, to final policies. I am looking forward to my first "signing" and would definately like to establish communication with this type of forum. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.l
Thanks from Florida!!

Since you've been working for a Real Estate Attoeney, have familiarity with loan docs., real property docs, and the fact that you have experience in handling the docs, going into the Signing Agent Industry should be easier for you than most.

Good luck.
My name is Stephanie and I'm located in Northern California.

Thank you Stephanie for your reply. I'm acutually more concerned about the assignment process (communication with the agencies, etc.) then the acutal signing. As you said, I don't have a problem with the doc's themselves. I am looking forward to my first assignment so I can just do it and move on to the next. A title company here in my area is supposed to "pair me up" with another signer so I can "see how its done", but she hasn't contacted me as of yet. I'll let you know how it goes.
Leslie
