Split Closings

Doing my 1st. split closing. Any advice? Thanks

It is a figment of the devil.


It,too, will pass.

Whatever genius dreamed this up must have gotten an "F" in logistics. It's
just asking for trouble. And, they get plenty, I'm sure.

Send the mortgage and note and RTC(right to cancel) and TIL (truth in lending) HERE. Then make a copy of the mortgage and sent it, along with the original note there plus the rest of the documents THERE.

GIVE ME A BREAK!

This must have been invented by someone who had nothing better to do.

Just grit your teeth and hope that they have so many problems with this that it'll go away.

I refuse to do this type of closing. THe time involved is not worth the effort. I have also found that most of these companies that ask for this are the very worst companies to pay out.

Actually this one was quite easy. No faxing back anything besides my invoice. I then had to forward it to the 2nd. notary, who then may have to do more work. Overall, a basic closing.
