Yes! Still waiting for payment for a signing in Dec 03 and Jan 04. I have called, faxed, mailed and still have not received payment or response. Calls to the accounting dept are not answered or returned. I won't take another signing from SOX.

There agreement states that they send payment out the 30th of the month following. For Oct signing I started calling on the 15th of Dec. because I hadn't received payment. I finally got it the last day of Dec.
If they ever call me again, I will be telling them yes ONLY if payment is enclosed with the package!
