Contracts w/signing agencies

The contracts seem restrictive in that one cannot do business with one of their clients. I understand if the signing agent was willfully solicting business from their clientle, but what if you sign the contract and solict business from a lender (not referred to you by the agency) and then come to find out that they do, or have done business with them. Is the signing agent liable for breach of contract? Has anyone had an experience like this?

Valid question. I guess if an offended party really wanted to pursue it, they would investigate it to make sure that, that was indeed the case. In my case, I signed on with a bunch of SS's and Title Co's at the same time. Now, who takes precedence? Or, is there one?
