Granholm made changes for Michigan

Governor Granholm made changes for Michigan Notaries. Now it's $10 per act that we can charge instead of $2.00 and the bond has been raised from $10,000 to $25,000. I think it definitely time for all mobile notaries to start charging alot more for loan signings don't you think? $50 seems to be the average. This act goes into effect April 1, 2004. Not to sound greedy, but the title companys pay attorneys alot more than $50.
