Marketing & advertising For the rookie!

Hi,
Am just starting up in Oregon.....Was curious to hear about what ways worked for all of you marketing yourselves to title companies etc..... Would like to go full time...So have been researching alotttttttt ...... Curious what type of strategies will create a strong start......Any information would be greatly appreciated.... An inexpensive, yet professional marketing tool I have just purchased is some roledex cards from The Galloping Notary. They come on a postcard with all your info on the roledex card. The person who receives them can punch out the roledex card at the perferation, and have your number available. This is good for any mobile notary- not just for loan signings. To mail it just costs a postcard stamp. You can mail this to nursing homes, hospitals, lawyers, real estate investors, title companies, loan officers, etc.
