I am still waiting for payment for signings done in September. Definitely one of the slower ones.

Definately a slower one! When you fax your invoice it's best to call and verify that someone actually received it. The excuse I heard last was that my invoice never reached them. It's a long distance call and it was present on my December phone bill! Go figure.
