I have been getting calls from a signing service who found me on this website. I haven't signed any agreement with them. I was recently approached by one of their escrow companies to do some work directly with them.
My question is: Is it ethical or not?

Is there somekind of implied agreement? I ask because about 3 or 4 signing services have called me from this website and none of them have asked me to sign one.

Not all signing companies ask for agreements to be signed. I rarely sign agreements with signing companies. Whether you have an agreement with them or not, if they need you, they will call you.
