I work for a large company. I recently wittnessed someone tracing a borrowers name for the HUD that was late to arrive to the borrower. What do I do? What are the consequences for someone doing this? This is so devastating to me. Please, any suggestions would be appreciated.......

If it is at your work place, I would suggest bring up this topic and see what he/she think. If you are uncomfortable, then try calling the HUD authority for better advice.
