HELOC question?
Hi All,
First time getting a call for a HELOC (home equity line of credit) the borrower has loan package.... Is there any particulars I should know or be prepared for when handling these? Any info on this would be appreciated...

Enjoy the experience! Borrower has package and has probably gone over the contents. They are usually small packages with very few notarizations (I love the Bank One's - with only one notarization!)
Should take you about 20 minutes to do the signing
