Is Escrow company same as title company

should I charge an escrow company the same fee as I would a title or lender?

Doesn't matter who you work for, they're the same and your fee is paid by the borrower. Stick with your fee schedule.

I charged $60 for a 14 mile round trip. No edocs.

They are called Platinum escrow out of Washington.

I called them and, they said they are not a title company. I guess I may learn a lesson
