Is there a site on the web or some other resource that details how to do a purchase closing versus just doing a refi? TIA

In late May or June, I think it was "Sue" (May have been or "Sylvia") who made a few comments on the differences--and there are quite a few. (Soon, the forum's search feature will be working and it will not be too hard to find this kind of thing.)

Hope this helps. Let us know what you find in your searching for this information because, I, for one would like to have this info.
