SIGNATURES

What color of ink should be used at signings? also, should I use laser paper for EDOC'S or just Muli-purpose? 20# or 24#, Thanks from a new

Some companies will specify to use blue or black ink. If they don't specify then I use blue, but that is my personal choice.

I used to buy the expensive paper, until I discovered a title company just used copy paper from Staples for the docs. If it is good enough for the title company, it is good enough for me:) (a lot cheaper too)
