Title Search USA ~~ witness only closing questionaire
I received a fax, don't recall if I requested it but I am 95% sure I didn't, as I have a rolodex and a note showing who I have applied with, not to mention file folders for each company.
Anyway, here are my questions:
There questionaire askes how much notice I need, What my flat rate is being that they prefer flat rates and do I accept edocs?
What is a witness closing anyway? If I, as a notary, am witnessing signatures anyway, what are they trying to pull?
