I've been getting emails from this sender ("Closing" <[e-mail address]>) with a couple of attachments. When I scan one of the attachment, it says (Virus"[e-mail address]!zip"found).
Anyone receive this email.

Yes. In a few different shapes and forms...And, they are coming from title companies--if the headers can be trusted.
