What Does this Mean???

I just recieved correspondence for a loan closing and it says:

"This is a Witness Only CLosing" What exactly does this mean? What other closings are there?

It is the same thing we also do, different lenders/title call it witness closing, SA closing, etc.

It should not be a purchase closing.
