1st and 2nd edocs running 160 pages

I built a spreadsheet and averaged several edoc files for first and second mortages, by adding up the pages in Abode. I am getting 160 per original set. This does not include borrower copies nor extra recission pages. I had a request from a title company about what I would charge for 1st and 2nd and what I thought the pages averaged. These PDF files do not split easily between 1st and 2nd so I did not just look at 1st. Maybe somebody else can take a shot at that.

What is it you are wanting us to shoot at?

I had a 80/20 last week that ran about 190 pages total. Plus an equal number for the borrowers' copy set. Hope that helps.

Had plenty of those combo loans. I usually charge $100 for 1st, and $50 for 2nd mortgage. Was instructed to make copies of Mortgage, HUD and TIL, RTC and Affadavits for borrowers.

Anything less than that isn't worth the time.
