My first one like this, docs are to be shipped to the borrowers. what is an Atty Assist closing??

There are a couple of rattlesnakes in the group that could better answer that for you. I've gotten several assignments that state Atty Assist Closing that does'nt mean anyting just a typical loan signing with the borrowers snake, umm Attorney at the table trying to take charge.

What's wrong with letting him/her take charge? The responsibility is then off the notary and all the notary does anyway is say, "Sign here."
