Price List for title company?

A title company has asked me for my price list. Can you all give me some advice on how to answer this. Like how much for what kind of service? Thank you in advance!

I charge $125.00 as a base fee and an additional $50.00 for e-docs. For a copy for the borrower, I charge $25.00. Hope this helps!

My range is $125-$150. I also do $50 edocs but do include a borrower copy in my price.

Conversation earlier today:

Signing Agent: What's the fee, please?

Potential customer: What's your normal fee?

SA: Oh, $70.

PC: It's $125.

SA: Uhhhhhhh...you're a title company, not a signing company.

PC: That's right.

SA: I'll take the $125; reluctantly, but I'll take it anyway.

I got a call once for a first and a second, both e-docs. Quoted them $225.00 and got it!
