I'm in Victorville, too. Guess we're neighbors...and competitors. ;-)

How long have you been doing this. I'm fairly new to loan signing, though I've been a notary for 7 years. Did a lot of corporate tax returns for a previous employer (350 in one sitting once!!!). Now I'm a teacher and out of the corporate rat race.

roughly 6 months hated the drive down the hill so decided to open up this business - started off well but has gotten a little slow.
