Priority Signings

I'd like to hear if anyone has had any dealings with Priority Signings in California. I'd appreciate positive or not so positive feedback. I accepted two assignments from them in one weekend. To make a long story short, I ran into some technical difficulties with the email docs and I received no tech support (none available on the weekend) and wound up losing $220.00 and turned away other business because of my commitment to them. I work in Pennsylvania so the three hour delay didn't help matters.

After the weekend, they pretty much just said these things happen. They reassigned the work, and I'm out. They tried to re-assure me that they really try to work with their notaries. So I'm opening this question to this forum. Any comments?

Thanks in advance.
