re:speedy closings

thanks for all the response and good suggestions. i've been doing closings for about 5 years and have only had a couple of companies that i've had difficulty collecting from....

i guess my thoughts were to fill in the $30 & $40 ones in my spare time frames on my turf (fast food restaurant booths work great!)...but yet lowering my standard fees to let these companies take advantage of making more & paying us less doesn't make sense.....i now know what i need to do when they call.....plus if none of us take 'em that low, they'll be forced to up what they'll pay...

also, as far a speedyclosings, i unfortunately didn't catch all the discussion prior to my request....thanks for the heads up on them as well....
