Getting ready for my second loan signing - Please help!

What should I enter in my journal? Should I just say loan docs or should I enter each document one by one?

Also, if there is not a place for notarization, does it mean I shouldn't notarize that document? For example, the affidavit of occupancy.

There is no place for borrowers’ initials on the note. Does it mean the bank doesn't want it?

I'm obviously really new in this business and it seems like each bank has a different set of requirements.

Signing is tomorrow at noon,

Thanks,

Shirin

You should enter each document in your journal.
If there is no notary certificate then do not notarize.
If there is no indication on the docs that the borrowers need to initial, then there is no need for initials.

Yes, each lender/title company will have different requirements.
