New Agent Tip

I just received a call from a title company looking for notaries in my area. All was pretty standard in discussing the fees, etc. However, they gave me a quick oral test at the end of the call. New agents should be prepared to describe the HUD-1, Note, Deed of Trust, and Notice of Right to Cancel in conversations with prospective employers as well as during a signing appointment. Just be aware that it is a possibility.
