There are several out there that you create yourself. If you are looking for a little more help than that try notarywebsites.com. They have pre-created sites that are customizable for under $200. They also have a one page design for under $40.

Domain name registration, hosting, and template all for under $100. Around $30 a year after that to maintain.

Template VERY easy to use. You can choose from dozens of designs.
