Can someone tell me why we should take this test . Was told it was open book !!!! . I know some title Co. pay more for this . But its open book .
Confused in Clearwater FL....

What test are you talking about? There are so many floating around. Which title company is asking you to take a test. Even some of them and signing services too, ask the NSA to take a test.

Just be glad you don't live in maryland. They now require you to hold a Title Producer's License. That includes an approved 30 hr. course ($500), a test, and Fidelity and Surety bonds @ $100,000 each ($750/year for surety bond) plus coontinuing education..
