I went to that site and it didn't give a link for notaries. I tried calling there national number, but no one seem to know what i was talking about or could provide me with the necessary info.

They don't have a web form to my knowledge.

Go to www.netcotitle.com
Click on "Offices"
Choose "Florida"

There are about 5 or so locations you can solicit to.
