Overall, general THANK YOU!
I am a Newbie as a signing agent, although I have been a Realtor for 10 years and worked in the real estate industry for 20 years....but I just want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that takes the take to post questions, but especially to the veteran signing agents that take the time to answer them! I have spent a lot of time reading over the threads and have learned so much from everyone. I hope that I, too, will be able to add some helpful advice in the future, but right now I am just taking all the valuable advice in. Thanks again!
