Report to BBB, FTC, etc. vs. 24-7NNN

Did you ever report to BBB, FTC and/or Attorney General when you are complaining against 24-7NNN for owe you $$$?

I remembered long time ago somebody posted in here and said CA Attorney General is very nice and helpful. May I have this info in San Clemente, CA?
