We had a record turnout and Dan Jones (www.notaryclasses.com) spoke on the new issues for 2005. Explained: all notaries whose commission is expiring July 1, 2005 and after will have to take a 6 hour class to be allowed to take the Calif. Notary Exam.

He also discussed the new Jurat changes in Ca. beginning Jan. 1 2005 that we will all have to have either "personal knowledge or I.D. for Jurats.
Dan also discussed "Electronic Notarizations Signatures" could/might/probably/ happen in the next 3-5 years. Great Meeting! and notaryrotary.com with the most notary items donated was fabulous!!
