It interesting how SS and title co. are some critical on dates we use but they violate them often.
I have had many DOTs arrive overnite and the 2nd notary section, where a rep of the secured party has to sign and have it noterized, is dated for the day of the closing - neat trick since the package has been in transite since before midnight !!!

Adder: Many time this section is embrossed, uninked. Will not copy. What happens if we would do that ??
