just wondering what others think

i stumbled upon an acknowledgement creator that seems to be pretty nice. it is on www.notarydepot.com. you just fill out the spaces and it creates a PDF that you can print out, etc. id just like to see what other people think, and if anyone sees a downside or problem in using this tool. i also ordered the notary book they sell, has anyone else checked it out? any comments?

The idea is interesting, but the results are incorrect, at least for Florida. It appears that it generates a typical California style all purpose acknowledgment that does not contain the proper wording according to Florida statutes.

It doesn't surprise me that it would be a CA certificate, considering the site is registered to Joe Noon, in Danville, CA.

Therefore, I urge anyone using this utility to ensure that the resulting certificate conforms to their own state laws, statutes and guidelines.
