For anyone who has taken the California notary exam, are the actual code sections on the exam or just the general information? Thank you!

It's just general information. It's 25 questions and they are multiple choice.

The Ca. test is 30 multiple choice questions and you have get at least 21 answered correctly.

I've just completed the class a month ago (8 Hour Course) and passed. It was a 30 question test that was given just following the class. It was relatively easy, although I tried to pay attention to the instructor because I have problems with retention. I have just gotten fingerprinted via live scan and am awaiting my commission. I am like you. Had lots of questions. The way I looked at it was... "What do I have to lose?" So here I am now... waiting to begin... Now my questions are to the people already in business for themselves...
