Columbus Day

I don't know how many got the e-mail from Premier, but it might be wise to check with each SA you sign for:

IMPORTANT RECISSION DATE INFORMATION. Columbus Day.
Please Read

Please note that these instructions are for PLS clients only and may not apply to all lenders. For non-PLS signings, please check with your signing company or client for their specific instructions.
Please remember that Monday, October 11th, is Columbus Day, and will not be counted as a recission day for the Notice of Right to Cancel
Thus, any signing agents that have signings from Thursday, October 7th until Monday, October 11th must make sure that the recission does not include monday.

No need to check with individual SA's or lenders. Columbus Day is a federal holiday, and ALL Federal holidays are not counted as business days for the purposes of recission.
