Has anyone done business with these people? I was contacted for a signing by Kurt Irons (the borrower's loan officer). When I showed up to the borrower's home he spent an hour on the phone with this guy and ended up not going through with the signing. I called Kurt and told him I still expected to be paid and sent him a bill. Now, 45 days later I'm still waiting to get paid. I called Kurt on his cell phone and left a message and I haven't gotten a call back.
