Help! Can anybody help me with the answers to.....
the questions on the signing service test. SEE BELOW post by me from yesterday re: Questions on a signing service test.
I would really appreciate any input. I am 99% sure of the answers but want to see how others would respond.

Unfortunately, only question #1 has a correct answer for CA. #2 and #3 do not give the correct answer as an option. Again, my response applies to CA only and may vary from state to state.

For question #1 the answer is E. I just had to do this and I did check and you must use two witness'.

#3 is not B. The correct answer would be: When the loan is funded, not disbursed.
